Make an Appointment with Disability Access Services
- All appointments are made using Starfish.
- Log into your Student Portal.
- On your “My Success Network Page” you will see “Your Services”
- Scroll down and select Disability Access Services – If you are on the Davie Campus you would select the one that states Davie Campus – Disability Access Services
- Click the word “Schedule”
- Select “What You Need Help With”
- Select Continue
- On the calendar on the left side of the screen, select the date you are looking to schedule your appointment
Select your appointment time – Important Note – Look at the location prior to submitting a date. Demetria Nickens services both campuses on certain dates. If the location does not match the campus you are located you will need to pick another date. Love Building is on the main campus.
- Select Continue
- Select Confirm if all of the information is correct
- You will receive a confirmation email with your appointment.
