So why not get started today to learn self-defense and get a work out too with Jack Hames. Jack is a National Karate Association Karate/Kickboxing Fitness certified instructor and has been teaching martial arts for 25 plus years. This class will aid students in developing rudimentary skills in self-defense and especially for health care workers and activity directors. Emphasis is placed on stances, punches, and kicks as well as non-physical means of self-defense. Upon completion, students should be able to demonstrate basic self-defense techniques of a physical and non-physical nature. All levels of fitness are welcome to participate in this class.
NOTE: Wear comfortable clothes to workout in, bring bottled water and wear shoes that you can kick with in class. This is a great way to get your cardio and muscle exercises all at the same time while learning about self-defense too.
