DCCC Ambassadors Accept New Members

Thomasville, N.C. … Eleven students were recently accepted into the Davidson County Community College Ambassadors, a student leadership and service organization.

The new DCCC Ambassadors and their hometowns are:

Clemmons — Montanna Berrier
Jamestown — Emily Porras
High Point — Nick Gore
Lexington — Mamie Gates and Natalie Snincsak
Thomasville — Charlotte Pacheco, Taylor Rierson and Zoe Richardson
Winston-Salem — Chloe Binkley, Bradley Hulin, Sarah Janus and Yesenia Rojas

The new Ambassadors join other returning members Rebecca Baldwin, Megan Lambeth, Parker Tilley and Lydia Mock, all of Lexington; Madison Swope and Angelica Villalta of Thomasville; and Danny Bundy of High Point.

DCCC Ambassadors serve as important student role models and mentors. After undergoing training, their responsibilities include speaking with prospective students, leading campus tours, helping at College-sponsored activities, and sharing ideas for improving student services.

“We’ve assembled a really great group of students who work hard to represent DCCC on campus and in the community,” said Parker Tilley, DCCC Ambassadors president. “It’s an honor to serve as an Ambassador, and this year, we received more than double the number of applications for the available openings.”
