Evening/Weekend Virtual Help Desk
The Evening/Weekend Virtual Help Desk is a place where faculty, staff, and students can go to get help by way of virtual meeting or by phone.
Departmental Evening Support
The virtual Storm Help Desk is a place where students can go to get help by way of virtual meeting or by phone. The desk is attended by our Student Ambassadors who can help with Stormtrac issues (including activation or password reset), College email, Moodle questions and many other questions students may have.
This is also a place to get directions to buildings and classroom locations on campus. Have a question about clubs or student organizations on campus? We can help with that as well. We are available from 9:00am – 4:00pm, Monday – Thursday.
