Virtual Service Check-In
Certain departments in Student Affairs now have the capability for students to check into the Service Kiosk virtually. This virtual kiosk can be accessed anywhere you have an internet connection to check-in. The hours of the Virtual Kiosk are 8 a.m. – 5 p.m Monday- Friday unless the college is closed. We do have an Evening/Weekend Virtual Kiosk that is open in the evening for assistance, you must use that Kiosk regardless of the service you need after 5 p.m.
Things to Consider
- You must have a phone number for someone in the department to give you a call when it is your turn. Once they call you they will give you the option to have a virtual meeting using Google Hangouts or some other method
- You must follow all prompts and read each question to ensure you are entering the correct information
- You may not be called immediately as there are possibly others who have checked in as well
- You can monitor the wait time by logging into Starfish and going to services and you will see it on your check-in screen
