TEAS Testing

Please read the important information below before arriving on test day:

TEAS testing is only offered August-February each year at Davidson-Davie.

TEAS scores are valid for two years from the date the test was taken.

ATI offers reporting of TEAS (Test of Essential Academic Skills) test results to schools as a convenience to nursing school applicants. However, it is solely your responsibility to ensure that each of your school applications is complete, properly submitted, and on file with each school. The institution you have selected as your “Home” institution will automatically receive your test results, in addition to any other school(s) that you have purchased to receive your test results. To send an official copy of your TEAS results to additional institutions after receiving the scores, please log on to your ATI account and go to the Online Store and select the TEAS/Discover Transcript. The institution will receive the results within 2 hours of the purchase.

Testers are expected to arrive 30-45 minutes before testing is scheduled to begin. The testing room door will close 5 minutes before the test starts to allow time for testing instructions. There will be no exceptions to this policy, and test sessions will not be delayed for any tester. Testers will forfeit their testing registration cost per testing company policies. Testers who have questions or concerns should contact ATI.

All testers must present a valid, non-expired government-issued photo ID: Drivers License/Permit, Identification Card, or a US Passport/Passport Card.

Testers who are applying to Davidson-Davie must have Davidson-Davie selected as their home institution on their ATI account. Testers who are not applying to Davidson-Davie and therefore do not have Davidson-Davie listed as their home institution under their ATI account the day of testing will have to pay a required proctor fee. Testers must pay the proctoring fee prior to the testing session by calling 336-249-8186, ext. 6341, or visiting the Davidson-Davie Business Office on the second floor of the Brooks Student Center on the Davidson Campus. The receipt must be shown to desk staff during check in as proof of payment.

Come prepared with ATI Username/Password credentials. If you are not prepared with log in credentials, you may be denied testing and will not be rescheduled or refunded.
