Evening & Weekend Help
In an effort to provide support to faculty, staff, students and the community after hours we are providing evening and weekend assistance Monday – Friday 4 – 8 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. – Noon. The Evening/Weekend Coordinator can assist with the following:
- Students: assist with Stormtrac issues (including activation and password reset), college email issues, Moodle questions, schedule appointments with appropriate Student Affairs offices, answer basic questions about all areas of Student Affairs, aid in the initial stages of the admissions application process, and answer basic questions about the financial aid process
- Faculty: provide support with minor technological issues, notify students if faculty member is running late, or putting a notice on the classroom door for students. To access classrooms, you will have to contact campus security
- Community: provide directions to buildings and classroom locations on campus

The Evening/Weekend Virtual Help Desk is a place where faculty, staff, and students can go to get help by way of virtual meeting or by phone.
