It is the responsibility of the applicant to request official transcripts from all previously attended colleges or universities. Follow the previous institution’s procedures for requesting transcripts to be sent to Davidson-Davie.
This transcript must be official meaning it is provided in a sealed envelope and delivered or mailed directly to the Davidson-Davie Enrollment Center. Official electronic transcripts are accepted as long as they are emailed to email@example.com through a secure, e-transcript service.
Some transcript services may still have Davidson County Community College versus Davidson-Davie Community College.
Transcripts that have been opened, scanned or faxed are not accepted.

High school transcripts are not required in order to register and attend Davidson-Davie Community College as a general student, however, they are encouraged. Davidson-Davie accepts unofficial high school transcripts that are either in progress or complete. Below includes instances to consider sending your high school transcript.
Students who graduated high school within the last 10 years. Course placement is determined by unweighted high school GPA.
Consideration and entry into specific programs of study such as our Nursing programs, Dental Assisting, Basic Law Enforcement Training, etc.
Note: Transcripts for financial aid purposes must include the graduation date.
