Approved caterers may provide catering services for events held at the Rittling Conference Center. All food (except wedding cakes) must be purchased through one of the official college-approved catering companies. No food may be brought into the building from any other source. The Conference Center coordinator works with each client to determine the food and beverage needs for their event. If necessary, a meeting will be arranged between the caterer, the client and the Conference Center coordinator to discuss food and beverage needs.

Caterers may request consideration for approved caterer status by submitting an Approved Caterer Application and required documents to the Rittling Conference Center. Applicants for approved catering are required to submit an application no less than one month prior to the planned event.
