Welding: MIG/Stick – Davidson

This course provides instruction on the principles and practices of welding. Emphasis is on the blueprint reading, metallurgy, welding inspection, and destructive and non-destructive testing. Course content will be specific to the welding processes SMAW (stick) and GMAW (MIG). Upon completion, students will have the knowledge base to sit for various industry-specific certifications.

NOTE: Closed-toe shoes, long sleeve shirt and long pants are required.  Students will need to purchase MIG/STICK Welding Gloves prior to the first day of class.
