This class will be full of catering and culinary business worthy information to help start your own business. Featured discussions include business plannning, ServSafe guidelines, menu & recipe development, financing & start up costs, platter & plate presentations, on site vs off-site catering including food trucks. Students will have creative discussions based on experiences from professionals in the culinary world and how adapting to an ever changing profession is critical in the business success.
Many other professional culinary topics to be discussed include food vendors, event locations, catering transportation and legal requirements.
