Experience firsthand the best of Japan’s traditional and modern culture and explore the scenic countryside through guided tours and sightseeing adventures. Register for this class and learn about your trip destination ahead of time. Class attendance is required if you plan to travel with the group to Japan. The trip dates are March 3-11, 2023. This trip is open to students, faculty, staff, and community members. You will experience: Cultural immersion, history and a vibrant pop-culture scene. This is a hybrid class with face-to-face meetings only on January 12 and March 2, 2023.
NOTE: All participants must take HUM 120 for credit or the concurrent continuing education course. The class will meet together on Thursday evenings from 6-7:15 p.m. during the first eight weeks of the spring semester of 2023 face-to-face and virtual. The class will also meet on the Thursday following the trip for a time of reflection. This class is face-to-face meetings only on January 12 and March 2, 2023. The remaining class sessions will be virtual using Zoom. A Zoom link will be emailed out to each registered participant.
