Introduction to fundamentals of IT support critical for success in entry-level IT support jobs. Includes troubleshooting and customer service, networking, operating systems, system administration, and security. Course completion leads to Google IT Support Professional certificate.
The Instructor will be available Thursday nights 6-7:30 pm via zoom for questions. These sessions are encouraged in order to achieve successful completion of this course.
