Business Essentials

This course provides employability skills training for unemployed and underemployed adults. Participants will focus on the importance of proper basic business practices in an office setting. They will develop proper skills that are essential for businesses to function. Course work will focus on email and phone etiquette, communication skills, conflict resolution and will define basic office practices that are much needed in a business workplace.
