This study abroad experience will take you to three of the most beautiful cities in the world (with a few stops along the way). Experience the history and culture of some of the most significant centers of the classical and Renaissance traditions. Walk the streets where Aristotle, Michelangelo, and Julius Caesar once walked. See the birthplace of the western tradition and the Renaissance. Visit the center of the Christian tradition in the west. Don’t miss this trip!

Associated Course
All participants must take HUM 180 for credit or the concurrent continuing education course. The class is a second eight-week hybrid course that will meet 5 evenings in March–May 2018. The class will meet from 6-8 p.m. on the following Mondays: March 12, March 26, April 9, April 23 and May 7. The cost of the continuing education class will be $69.
Program Fee
$3303* for students 22 years old and younger (accommodation in triple or quad rooms); $3748 for anyone 23 or older (accommodation in twin room.)
Fee includes
- Round-trip airfare
- 7 overnight stays in hotels with private bathrooms
- 1 overnight stay in cabins on ferry
- Full European breakfast daily
- Dinner daily
- Full-time services of a professional Tour Director
- Guided sight-seeing tours and city walks as per itinerary

Application Deadline
January 31 is the final deadline; however, price may go up. Pay your deposits as soon as possible to lock in the price and to reserve your seat. Space is limited.
After you complete your “Particulars Form” you will be directed to pay a $100 non-refundable study abroad fee to the DCCC business office. After that initial fee, all payments will go directly to Explorica. You can make monthly payments, 4 installments, or pay the cost in its entirety upfront.
Scholarship Info
