Study Abroad: Argentina
The 8th largest country in the world, Argentina is known for its delicious beef, the creation of the tango, and soccer star Lionel Messi (among other things). Students are invited to apply for this faculty-led study abroad program at the Universidad Nacional de Villa María. UNVM is located in the town of Villa María in Córdoba province. American students will interact with Argentine students in the classroom and through cultural activities including excursions to Córdoba City and Buenos Aires.

All participants must take a HUM 180 course at GTCC. It is a 3-credit hour course. The class will be online synchronously offered in Spring 2022.

Davidson-Davie students can apply for a partial scholarship through the Davidson-Davie Foundation. The deadline is November 19, 2021. Pell recipients also have the option of applying for a federal scholarship: the Benjamin A. Gilman scholarship, which could cover the entire cost of the program.
