The Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended by the Higher Education Opportunity Act of 2008 (HEOA), requires colleges to provide prospective and current students information that helps them make informed decisions about the institutions they attend.

Davidson-Davie Community College is committed to providing Consumer Information to the general public, employees, prospective employees, prospective and current students, families of current or prospective students, prospective student-athletes and their parents, and high school counselors and coaches as required by state and federal regulations.
